The covers of most of these reissues use the original track listing with "Exhibition" and include Bennie Maupin in the personnel, which caused some confusion among discographers.

This is the repress with the 156 5th Ave address on the center labels and the 180 Riverside Drive address on the back cover, where the label was located between 1966 and 1969. Most probably the 2nd press. Some copies may include a "Stereo" sticker on the cover.
